Guarantee Terms & Conditions
The case goods and upholstered furniture products of TT Furniture, are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing flaws under the conditions outlined below and in the manufacturer's warranty information provided with each of the Company's products. The company only offers warranties on goods bought from our company. The manufacturer's warranty paperwork included with each product specifies the limitations of the company's warranties, which are further explained below.
Guarantees
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT, AND TO THE PARTICULAR PORTION OR PART OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TT Furniture disclaims all liability for any damages, including incidental or unforeseen damages, resulting from the use or inability to use a product.
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY IN SOME STATES DUE TO THE INABILITY TO LIMIT THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
1. If any aftermarket protective treatments are used on the Company's goods after the original factory packaging has been opened, the guarantee is null and invalid. All guarantees are nullified if the product frames are reupholstered because there's a chance the internal structure could be damaged during the recovering procedure. Natural differences in tone, texture, physical distressing, and other built-in qualities of manufactured wood furniture, as well as those of component parts, are not regarded as flaws.
2. The Company retains the right to alter a product from the design that is initially shown in catalogs or on showroom floors. Such alterations are not covered by the guarantee as faults.
3. The warranty is valid when used normally for home purposes. It does not cover normal wear and tear or flaws brought on by carelessness, abuse, or misuse, including but not limited to exposure to water, salt air, chemicals, accidents, uses for which the product was not intended, or rental, business, commercial, institutional, or any other non residential use.
4. Minor variances will exist between pieces due to the use of natural materials in the manufacturing process and the fact that the company's products are typically handmade. These are not covered by the warranty as faults.
5. Veins, hairline fissures, pores, and color variations found in stone and marble are considered natural features and are not covered by the warranty. Stone is porous, so spills that are allowed to sink in might not be easy to clean up. To avoid spills or sweat rings, cover the table with a tablecloth or use coasters. Clean up any spills right away.
6. Wood, finishing materials, and fabrics may all change color when exposed to sunlight; these color changes are not covered by the warranty.
7. Wood and finishing materials may contract, swell, distort, split, and have glue seam failure as a result of temperature and humidity extremes. These issues are not covered by this warranty as faults.
8. If left in close contact with the furniture for an extended amount of time, rubber lamp bases, lamp cords, and some types of plastic materials may soften and damage the surface. Such harm is not regarded as a warranty-covered defect. Put some felt or leather where these materials meet the furniture to prevent this by doing so.
9. The finish will be damaged by direct contact with petrochemical products (such as nail polish remover, alcohol, etc.), but such damage is not regarded as a defect under the guarantee. Any spills or moisture on your furniture should be cleaned up instantly. With the wood's grain, wipe the surface with a clean towel. Wipe first with a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap and water solution and wrung out, then wipe again with a different clean cloth. Finally, use a third cloth to completely dry the area.
10. Outdoor usage is not intended for the company’s products. Images of products in outdoor settings may be found in catalogs. This is purely for show reasons and is not a guarantee that the item is appropriate for outside use. The guarantee does not cover damage brought on by exposure to the elements.
11. Surface irregularities in pile fabrics, such as chenille or velvet, are common and should not be mistaken for flaws or defects. Fabric that has been flattened or crushed may experience pile distortion, which can change and intensify the angle of light reflection and produce a more striking contrast between light and dark on the fabric surface. When choosing this kind of fabric, be prepared for some pile crushing and matting because of the way velvets are woven and cut. All upholstery textiles should be cleaned regularly with a vacuum.
12. The Company makes every effort to accurately represent the finishes, fabrics, and materials shown in its catalogs and on our website; however, some color variation is possible due to changes in lighting and a wide range of resolution qualities on different computer monitors and printers. We advise you to get in touch with the dealer or the company for a sample if you want to know the precise color of a finish, fabric, or material.
13. Floor samples and other products marked "as is" or "final sale" at the time of purchase are not covered by this warranty.
A LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CASE GOODS
Limited One (1) Year Warranty for Case Goods
The Company warranties its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser from an authorized dealer, subject to the limits and exclusions set out above.
- Finish Details: The company offers a variety of finishes for its products. Each piece goes through a number of phases before being finished by hand. Each piece will be truly unique because of the individualized care each order receives, even though we make every effort to mimic each finish to a standard. This is a result of the various handcrafted application strategies. Other variables in wood, such as species, texture, and color, have an impact on how your finished frame will look in the end. It is preferable to finish at the same time in order to match finishes between pieces because the finishing procedure is conducted on demand. On some items, striping or accenting is an option. The aesthetic will differ from piece to piece because this is a very handcrafted, labor-intensive procedure.
- Because silver leaf is applied by hand, there may be some minor wrinkles and differences. These circumstances are not regarded as faults.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR UPHOLSTERED PRODUCTS
Five (5) Year Limited Warranty on the Frame
The upholstery frame is warranted by the Company against flaws in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser from an authorized dealer, so long as it stays covered in the original fabric or leather and is used according to normal circumstances. This warranty is subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined here.
Five (3) Year Limited Warranty for the Spring System
For a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase from TT, the spring system in the upholstery frame is warranted by the Company against flaws in materials and workmanship, subject to the limits and exclusions mentioned above as long as it's still covered in the original leather or cloth and is put to regular use.
Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Fabric and Leather
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from TT, the Company warrants that fabric and leather coverings (excluding customer's own material) will be free from manufacturing defects against seam slippage, mis-weaves, breakdown, shrinkage, loss of nap, and dye transfer as long as the upholstered furniture is used in a normal manner.
Velvets and chenilles make up pile fabrics. Surface irregularity is common and should not be viewed as faulty or defective. Fabric that has been flattened or crushed may experience pile distortion, which can change and intensify the angle of light reflection and produce a more striking contrast between colors. When choosing this kind of fabric, be prepared for some pile crushing and matting because of the way velvets are woven and cut.
Dye-lots, not only will there be color variations across rolls, but also frequently inside the roll itself. A dye lot variance that is regarded as acceptable to a production standard is referred to as a commercial match. Therefore, a 10% shade difference is acceptable. Leathers may also have shade differences on the same hide as well as between individual hides.
PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
The customer shall notify TT Furniture of any claims that a Company product does not adhere to an express limited warranty as defined above (a "warranty claim"). Following that, the dealer will gather the data for the warranty claim described in this method and submit it to the company for resolution. The customer may also email the company directly at Care@ttfurniture.com with the necessary warranty claim details.
1. Detailed explanation, videos and photos must be included with every warranty claim
2. The Company will decide whether to accept or reject a warranty claim at its exclusive discretion. Any warranty claim that is not accompanied by the necessary documentation may be rejected because it lacks the necessary context.
3. If a warranty claim is approved, the Company will choose whether to replace or repair the product at its sole discretion.
4. If the product has to be repaired, the dealer or a competent third party will handle the repairs after shipping the necessary components and repair instructions to the dealer.
5. If the item needs to be replaced, the company will send the new item and make arrangements for delivery to the customer and pick-up of the damaged item.
6- Within 30 days after the delivery date, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us to exchange or return your item(s) together with proof of purchase. Note that special order items, items that have been installed, and mattresses and/or foundations that are no longer in their original packaging, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. There could be more exclusions. Contact us for further information. Unfortunately, furniture and other bulky goods cannot be returned to galleries.
Your item will be examined upon return, and the purchase price will then be refunded, credited, or exchanged. In compliance with the relevant laws, all taxes charged will be reimbursed. With the exception of transit damage or manufacturer flaws, delivery fees are not refundable. Items that are damaged or misused by the customer and are not in like-new condition may not be returned or exchanged by TT.
