- COMPANIES RESPONSIBILITIES
The company is responsible for delivering the products to the customer's house with the same quality he/she saw in the showroom and with the same description he/she ordered in the order details. However, all customized orders are completely the customer’s responsibility.
- WARRANTY & CLAIMS
All warranty terms & conditions are mentioned in another document that the sales associate will provide you in our stores. The warranty could also be found here. Pointed below, are some of the most important points in the warranty terms & conditions that may cause the warranty to be null and void.
- If a product is modified or altered in any manner by the company after shipment, the guarantee is null and void.
- The warranty is valid when used normally for home purposes. It does not cover normal wear and tear or flaws brought on by carelessness, abuse, or misuse, including but not limited to exposure to water, salt air, chemicals, accidents, uses for which the product was not intended, or rental, business, commercial, institutional, or any other non-residential use.

- AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS
A large number of TT products are handmade. Variations are to be expected and welcomed given that they are handmade and hand finished. No two things are exactly the same since each is unique. Images on our websites and objects displayed in our galleries may not be an exact representation of your piece.
- SPECIAL ORDERS
- Special orders are designed to your specifications and go into production as soon as the order is placed. Because of this, the item(s) cannot ever be changed, returned, or refunded. When you submit your order, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged. You might see an authorization or pending charge for the outstanding balance on your credit or debit card. The remaining money will be charged to your card after your order ships.
- For any enhancements or modifications on the displayed products, the customer is entitled to pay an extra $700 per sectional, $350 per sofa, $150 per chair on any sectional or bed. That is in addition to, the exact cost of the materials it will consume to work on the modifications, that the customer has to pay as well and that the sales engineer will calculate during the order process. Moreover, no size modifications are allowed on any coffee tables, side tables, commodes or dressings or any depth adjustments on the dimensions of any sofa or sectional.
- Any enhancements or modifications
on the displayed products will take between 75-95 days for delivery.
- The buyer (client) is obligated to agree on the required specifications of the product within a week from the date of the contract, and in case of exceeding that week, another delivery date will be set and any discounts or offers might be cancelled in the order.
- PAYMENT
Following the purchase of your item(s), you might notice a $0.01 or $1.00 authorization on your credit/debit card. This is a piece of our fraud prevention system. Depending on your bank's policy, this authorization will expire and be withdrawn from your card within 3 to 7 days.
With the exception of special orders, your account will be charged as products ship. When placing an order for a special order, a non refundable 50% deposit will be required; the remaining 50% will be charged after your product ships.

- DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are accountable for checking that the ship-to address details are accurate. If you have more than one destination, this is very crucial.
- PREPARE FOR DELIVERY OF FURNITURE
It is your obligation and full responsibility to make sure that every piece of furniture can be moved to the appropriate place through any access points, including doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners.
- PRICE RESTRICTIONS
If an original sales receipt or other proof of purchase is provided within 30 days of delivery or purchase from a gallery, we will make a one-time price adjustment. Outlet, Warehouse, clearance, final sale, and seasonal items are not subject to price alterations.
- AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We make every attempt to present the most up-to-date and accurate information on product availability. In the event that a product's availability date changes, you will receive an email notification from us.
- INFORMATION AND PRICE DISCLAIMER
All of our prices, delivery estimates, and other information are intended to be accurate. All of the pricing in our reference materials, both printed and digital, are in US dollars and include all relevant state and local taxes. Prices, availability, and delivery times are all mutable. We have the right to limit orders for specific items and to remedy any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or photographs of some goods.
- CANCELLATIONS
- No delivery cost will be assessed for any purchases that are cancelled before the items are sent.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required when placing an order for special order items, which means your 50% payment will not be returned if you decide to cancel your custom order item(s) before delivery.
- Within 30 days after the delivery date, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us to exchange, cancel or return your item(s) together with proof of purchase. Note that special order items, items that have been installed, and mattresses and/or foundations that are no longer in their original packaging, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- RETURNS

Your item will be examined upon return, and the purchase price will then be refunded, credited, or exchanged. In compliance with the relevant laws, all taxes charged will be reimbursed. With the exception of transit damage or manufacturer flaws, delivery fees are not refundable. Items that are damaged or misused by the customer and are not in like-new condition may not be returned or exchanged by TT.
- SETTING A DELIVERY DATE
When your items are prepared, you will be notified and asked to arrange for delivery. Please accept our receipts within 30 days. Please let TT know if there are any special delivery needs at the time of arranging. This includes, but is not limited to, the requirement for small trucks to maneuver through tight driveways and roads, the limitation of delivery windows because of local regulations, gated entry access, the requirement for high-rise and condominium buildings to provide proof of insurance, the necessity of multiple flights of stairs, and service elevator reservations.
- EXPECTATIONS ON DELIVERY DAY
Most furniture products and a few non-furniture items that are eligible for Unlimited Furniture Delivery include delivery inside your house, where our white glove delivery specialists will meticulously unpack, examine, and assemble each item before setting it up in the area of your choice. Please be aware that we cannot unpack or construct lighting, and that there may be further limitations. We will take out all the packing supplies for your convenience. Before our delivery workers depart your house, we kindly ask that you check your item(s).
Items Needing Professional Installation & Assembly:
With the exception of constructing or installing the item(s), our delivery service for lights, heavy mirrors, rugs & wall décor only entails transporting the package into the house. Installation and assembly must be done by experts. For additional details, kindly refer to the product details.
For lights, large mirrors and wall décor, our delivery service just involves delivering the product inside the house; it does not involve unpacking, removing packaging from the house, or assembling or installing the item(s). It requires expert assembly and installation. For further information, please see the product details.
In addition to not being authorized to move or set up electrical wiring or equipment, our white glove delivery specialists are also not allowed to move any furniture that is already in your home. Prior to delivery, kindly make the area free of any existing furniture or rugs.
During your specified delivery window, a responsible adult,
at least 18 years old, must be present to take, check, and sign for your
things.
TT will replace the item or arrange for a furniture repair professional to come out at no cost to you if any flaws or damage are discovered upon arrival. Get in touch with us for further details.
- DELIVERY OF UNLIMITED FURNITURE
At TT, we are dedicated to offering top-notch service along with a distinctive and enjoyable delivery experience. For each order shipping to a single address inside Hillsborough & Pinellas county, we offer a $350 flat fee rate on Unlimited Furniture Delivery on qualifying furniture products including unpacking and placing the items in the room of your choice. To guarantee a smooth process, our white glove delivery specialists will supervise your delivery. Any cities outside of Hillsborough & Pinellas county will have a $450 flat fee rate. We won't charge your payment method until your purchase has shipped.

- A print of this copy on the sales order with the second party’s (customer’s signature) means that the customer has agreed to all the order details
