CAN I SEND MY FLOOR PLAN AND GET AN AUTOCAD DRAWING FROM ONE OF YOUR SALES ENGINEERS?
Yes, we are available 24/7, and personal assistance is our mission. Please send us your floor plan and one of our sales engineers will revert back to you in 5-7 hours with all the details.You can send the details on this email info@tt-furniture.com
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal & even Synchrony. Also, we have a financing plan but please refer to our customer service for more information.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DELIVERY ACROSS THE STATES?
Yes! We can accommodate WHITE GLOVE or standard shipment delivery across the states for a certain amount, depending on your location. All shipping fees will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 30 days after the delivery date, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us to exchange or return your item(s) together with proof of purchase. Note that special order items, items that have been installed, and mattresses and/or foundations that are no longer in their original packaging, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Since our products are carefully manufactured in our own plants and made specially for you using our special line of Egyptian-made fabrics, the lead time takes 75-95 days lead time from the order date.
The trucks's transit time nationwide is not included in our lead time as it depends on your location; however, local transportation in Tampa or surrounding areas will usually take between 7-10 days from the arrival of your products to our warehouses.
